| Standard Resellers are companies and individuals that generate Pengower
referrals, and which benefit from sharing resulting ongoing license revenues. Each customer is licensed directly by
Pengower and in return each Reseller will receive a share of the license revenues from Pengower for the life of
the customer's subscription agreement, according to their partnership status.
